In order to control the quality of high temperature cooking bag, we should pay attention to the operation of printing, compounding bag making. In the production process, each control item shall be inspected as required, which is the basic measure to verify whether the quality meets the standard. Therefore, the inspection shall be carried out strictly the raw material to the finished product. In particular, the high-temperature cooking inspection to verify the bag function shall be careless.

Bag making process:

1. Before batch bag making, the sample test should be done to determine the processing parameters, including the temperature, pressure machine speed of each section of the heat sealing knife, these parameters can ensure that the heat sealing strength before after cooking can reach the standard.

2. Ensure that the roll film before bag making has been fully cooled, the composite strength between layers, the solvent residue of roll film, etc. have reached the standard after testing, confirm the first inspection items

3. During bag making, the width of heat sealing edge shall be less than 5mm.

4. In the process of bag making, the adaptability evaluation of roll film should be done sufficiently to ensure smooth film running, good heat sealing stable bag making quality.

5. Due to the particularity of high temperature cooking materials technology, the proportion of sampling inspection for high temperature cooking products should be increased properly in the process of bag making, so as to detect the quality abnormality in the process as early as possible.

6. According to the size weight of the bag, the appropriate number of packages, pay attention to the protection to prevent mechanical damage to the bag.
